''Stepping Out Studios'' is a dance studio in Manhattan, New York that is focused on ballroom dance training for both amateur and professional dancers. Instructors include competitive dancers Michael Malitowski, Joanna Leunis and Anton Gazenbeek. ==History==
In 1984, Diane Lachtrupp began Stepping Out Dance Studios with the help of dance teacher Steven Stroud and a customer contact list obtained from Bill Davies, owner of a closing Manhattan dance studio where she had been a student. George Qiao, a student at Stepping Out Studios, acquired the business in 2005.
